Whistleblowing
At BM Security, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct in the fulfilment of our core values and provide an avenue for whistle-blowers’ to report any suspected wrongdoing or activities including possible corruption, fraud and ethical issues.
We have a zero tolerance policy to corruption and request stakeholders to report – in confidence – any instances of fraud that they may discover.
Whistle-blowers will remain completely anonymous unless they choose to provide their email or telephone contact. The contact details may be used to raise follow up questions or for reward purposes where applicable.
A whistleblower may raise concern through any of the following means (either by declaration or in confidence/anonymously):
– A formal letter/email directly to the Managing Director, Chief Executive or the Chief of Internal Audit.
– A phone call or SMS to the company whistleblowing number 0748594192. The whistleblower can make the call anonymous by adding the prefix #31# to the number i.e. #31#0748594192
– This dedicated web form to submit the whistleblowers’ concern.
Kindly fill this form to securely and anonymously report any suspected wrongdoing to the management of Bob Morgan Services Ltd. for review and action. We will investigate all reports within 48 hours.
If the whistle-blower is not satisfied with the extent of investigation and/or the action taken based on the outcome of the investigation, the whistle-blower is at liberty to report to the Chief Executive or any other director of the company. This, without prejudice to the whistle-blower’s fundamental right to report to appropriate regulatory body or seek further redress in the court of laws.
