Fire Risk Assessment

The Fire Risk assessment is the first step in keeping your assets safe. This includes identification of fire associated threats to a premises and formulation of mitigation measures as guided by the law under the Fire Reduction Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2007 (OSHA).
Fire Detection Systems
The primary function of a detection system is to respond to initial signs of fire and to transform this response to a visual audible signal meant to alert the building’s occupants and fire brigade that a fire has been initiated. Our fire sensors detect:
- Heat
- Gas
- Smoke
- Aspirators for air sampling
24/7 Fire Monitoring and Response

When your fire alarm is activated a signal is sent to our Command and Control Centre, and always responded to. This is especially important when premises are unoccupied, as that’s when the majority of fires happen. All our fire detection alarms are fully monitored and in the event of activation we will notify the key-holders, mobile response team and the fire brigade service.

Having CCTV shortens the reaction time as they act as real-time eyes and help ascertain whether an event is a false alarm, minor alarm or major event. It also assists the effective use of personnel such as fire brigade.
