SALES EXECUTIVE - SPECIALISED SERVICES

The company wishes to recruit a qualified and self driven individual to fill the above position to drive our sales for Specialized services (K9, Events Management, Close Protection and Investigations), to enable the company achieve its strategic objectives.

JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE - SPECIALISED SERVICES

REPORT TO: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

INTERFACES WITH: BRANCH MANAGERS, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, SECTION HEADS.

Education & Training:

Degree in a business related field. Professional training in sales & marketing.

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience with proven results in a busy business development environment, preferably in security services/products environment/sector. Knowledge: Security Industry products.

Desired Skills:

Presentation, Negotiation, Networking, Customer focus, Time Management, Commitment, Resourcefulness, Result-oriented, Self-drive, Planning, Exceptional communication and interpersonal relations, Computer Operations, Telephone etiquette.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify prospective clients with Specialized services (K9, Events Management, Close Protection and Investigations) requirements
  • Utilize Sales Force automation platform
  • Implement company Sales strategy/ Plan and adherence to the sales procedure
  • Conduct security surveys/Meetings to determine clients’ requirements and prepare client focused proposals in liaison with Business Development Manager/ Operations Manager/ Branch Manager/ Technical ManagerConduct security surveys/Meetings to determine clients’ requirements and prepare client focused proposals in liaison with Business Development Manager/ Operations Manager/ Branch Manager/ Technical Manager
  • Observe correct pricing of products in liaison with Finance
  • Conduct Credit checks for all new clients prior to onboarding
  • Ensure all documents are signed / presented prior to service commencement
  • Embrace cost control measures
  • Follow up on prospects and document feedback.
  • Support tender team with relevant information and attend briefing sessions

  • Participating in marketing activities
  • Presentation of customized solutions to clients
  • Gather Market intelligence on business growth related areas, competitor analysis and diversification
  • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
