SALES EXECUTIVE - REGIONS
The company wishes to recruit a qualified and self driven individual to fill the above position to drive our sales in the regions(Nakuru, Mt. Kenya, Nyanza, Eldoret), to enable the company achieve its strategic objectives.
JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE - REGIONS
REPORT TO: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
INTERFACES WITH: BRANCH MANAGERS, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, SECTION HEADS.
Education & Training:
Degree in a business related field. Professional training in sales & marketing.
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience with proven results in a busy business development environment, preferably in security services/products environment/sector.
Knowledge:
Product portfolio (Guarding & K9, CCTV Solutions, Alarm Monitoring & Response, Access Control, Integrated Security Solutions, Cash & Deposit Machines etc.), Security Industry Dynamics.
Desired Skills:
Presentation, Negotiation, Networking, Customer focus, Time Management, Commitment, Resourcefulness, Result-oriented, Self-drive, Planning, Exceptional communication and interpersonal relations, Computer Operations, Telephone etiquette.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify prospective clients who require security services in the regions
- Implement company Sales strategy/Plan.
- Conduct security surveys to determine clients’ requirements and prepare proposals in liaison with Business Development Manager/ Operations Manager/ Branch Manager/ Technical Manager.
- Design client focused solutions in liaison with Branch Manager/ Operations Manager/ Technical Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Follow up on prospects and document feedback.
- Participate in marketing activities.
- Ensure adherence to the sales procedure.
- Presentation of proposed solutions to clients while being up to date with latest innovative solutions in the market.
- Gather Market intelligence on business growth related areas.
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure close monitoring of sources of prospects.
- Generation of periodic reports.
