CLOSE PROTECTION DRIVERS (20 POSTS)

The Company wishes to internally recruit qualified, competent and results oriented individuals who will be responsible for providing secure transportation services to high profile individuals or groups. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the clients during transportation to and from various locations. Below is a summary of the requirements;

Professional Qualification/Training:

  • Must have a valid driving license and extensive experience in security driving.
  • Have knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Experience with advanced first aid and emergency response procedures.

Desirable Experience, Attribute and Skills:

  • Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent situational awareness and the ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • A high level of physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to use of modern android devices for communication will be an added advantage.

Physical Requirements:

The candidate must be able to;

  • sit for extended periods of time while driving.
  • lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • stand for extended periods of time.
  • work in all weather conditions.
  • pass a physical fitness test.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide secure transportation services to high-profile individuals or groups, including executives, or celebrities.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the clients during transportation to and from various locations.
  • Plan routes and schedules, considering potential safety risks and potential obstacles.
  • Conduct pre-mission checks of the vehicle to ensure that it is in good condition and equipped with all necessary safety equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate any potential threats.
  • Maintain a high level of situational awareness and be able to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Communicate regularly with the client, security team, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of any potential safety risks.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
